5. Subscription and Payments
- Free Tier: Available to all users with limited features
- Paid Subscriptions: Host Plus (£3.99/mo) and Mastermind (£7.99/mo) provide additional features
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DoubleFaced, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Firebound Interactive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
- Custom content you create (stacks, questions) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it within the platform
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
7. Game Content and Custom Stacks
- Users can create custom question stacks for private use
- You are responsible for ensuring your custom content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
- We reserve the right to review and remove inappropriate content
- Public stacks may be moderated and removed if they violate our guidelines
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
DoubleFaced is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- All features will work perfectly at all times
- Data will never be lost (though we take reasonable precautions)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebound Interactive and DoubleFaced shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
