• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent their identity
• Share or distribute malicious content

5. Subscription and Payments

• Free Tier: Available to all users with limited features
• Paid Subscriptions: Host Plus (£3.99/mo) and Mastermind (£7.99/mo) provide additional features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DoubleFaced, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Firebound Interactive.

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform
• Custom content Users create (stacks, questions) remains their property, but Users irrevocably grant us a license to use it within the platform
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies and/or terms and conditions

7. Game Content and Custom Stacks

• Users can create custom question stacks for private use
• Users are responsible for ensuring their custom content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to review and in our absolute discretion remove content we deem inappropriate
• Public stacks may be moderated and removed if they violate our guidelines

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DoubleFaced is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All features will work perfectly at all times
• Data will never be lost.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebound Interactive and DoubleFaced shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a User's account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Users may terminate their account at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
